Refund policy
Last updated 26 September 2026
We want you to love your portrait. This page explains when you can cancel, what happens if something is wrong, and how refunds are paid. It does not affect your legal rights.
Digital downloads
Cancelling
The law normally gives you 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. At checkout, before you pay, you ask us to make your download available straight away and confirm that you understand you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it starts. We confirm this in your order email. Once we have sent your download links you cannot cancel just because you have changed your mind.
You can see a free watermarked preview of the exact portrait before you buy, so please check it carefully. If we have not been able to send your download links, you are entitled to a full refund: contact us.
If your download is faulty
Digital content must be of satisfactory quality and as described. If your file will not open, is corrupted, is not the portrait you bought, or is significantly different from the preview you paid for, tell us and we will:
- send you a working copy or a replacement, or
- if we cannot do that within a reasonable time, give you a partial or full refund.
AI portraits vary and the likeness may not be exact. Because you see the portrait before you buy, a portrait that matches its preview is not faulty. If you are unhappy for another reason, contact us anyway and we will see what we can do.
Download links last 30 days and 10 downloads. If a link has expired, that is not a fault: reply to your order email and we will send a new one.
How refunds are paid
We refund to the card or payment method you used, within 14 days of agreeing that you are entitled to a refund. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Refunding an order in full also stops its download links from working.
How to contact us
